Stokman SCW conveyor rollers are specifically designed and manufactured to meet your requirements. Our conveyor rollers are the result of decades of knowledge and (international) experience in the field.
Distinguished by quality
Stokman SCW conveyor rollers are designed and manufactured in our production plant in Raamsdonksveer. We only use high-quality, wear-resistant materials, so that our rollers and pulleys continue to function optimally even under extreme conditions. Stokman stands for quality, which is why all our conveyor rollers come with a 3-year warranty*.
Our conveyor rollers are unique due to the combination of high-quality materials, our own cast steel bearing seats, unique labyrinths, special sealing and quality bearings. This is why Stokman SCW conveyor rollers have long life spans, also in extreme conditions. All our rollers minimally comply with the DIN standards (DIN22112 / DIN15207).

Balanced rollers
Materials for the production of our conveyor rollers include certified tubes, which means that our rollers have maximum rounding, alignment and balance. Some applications, such as belt weighing installations, may require further balancing. For these applications, Stokman supplies G6.3 (ISO 21940-11: 2016) balanced rollers.
Self-unloading systems for shipping industry
All our rollers are designed and manufactured for use in the most extreme conditions. We manufacture and supply conveyor rollers and pulleys specifically for shipping industry, fully adapted to the specific circumstances in which these seagoing vessels have to operate.
Installation, maintenance and inspection
Stokman is also your partner after production. Besides supplying you with conveyor rollers, we also take care of the installation, maintenance and inspection of your systems. In this way we minimize the chance of system failure at your site and we contribute to keep your installation functioning optimally.

- Quadruple seal to offer optimum resistance to extreme external influences
- Running resistance and unbalance according to common eccentricity standard
- Rollers are constructed in such a way that they can function within an ATEX certified machine and / or environment
- Suitable for belt speeds of up to 6m/s and product flows of up to 6,000t/h
- With and without coating (rubber, PU, nitrile, etc.)
